NAPTIN has embarked on the development of world-class training programmes, which will
require many international experts working alongside Nigerian experts. NAPTIN’s training
focus will be along the following themes: technical (covering generation, transmission and
distribution), management/computer application skills, commercial/financial, leadership/
business and regulatory/reform courses.
